Sometimes it is not easy. Talk=
ing to
new people is the first step to making new friends, contacts and developing=
new
relationships. As human beings we thrive on positive communication with oth=
ers,
so it is very important that we all develop skills to do this, and whats more – we
can!
We are not generally taught the
mechanics of making friends. It could be a skill that we were good at but
because of the knocks life can give you, that skill can get rusty or we loo=
se
it. But that doesn’t have to be the end of the story.
This workshop will show you
techniques and tips on successfully & confidently meeting new people and
building new friendships. Understanding how we converse with each other is
essential to forming good relationships. We all have the ability to adopt,
change and develop our communication skills.

relaxed, fun day with the opportunity for you to begin practising your new
skills. There is interaction in the session. You will also be learning from
& working with others in the group. The aim is that you walk away from =
the
session with the confidence talk to any new person you meet and so develop =
new
& rewarding relationships.
